I don't know if you enjoy sci fi books, but Sweep of Stars by Marcus Broaddus is set in the near future (post climate change disaster) and the AI has a personality and uses they/them pronouns. It wasn't central to the plot, but felt like a nice touch. I am anxiously awaiting a sequel. 💫
